ZC410 (chiller 5-872 kW)
ZC410 - chiller with R410A refrigerant gas
ZC410 series is a range of air-cooled chillers, with cooling capacities from 5 kW to 872 kW, suitable for outdoor installation, thanks to their IP54 degree of protection, particularly suitable for use in both industrial processes and civil air conditioning.
This range is equipped with a brazed plate evaporator and has been designed and engineered to have high energy efficiencies, low noise, easy installation, and simplicity in maintenance works, both routine and extraordinary. Consisting of top brand components to offer a product of high quality and reliability, the entire range is designed to make the installation phase immediate. Maintenance operations are also simple and facilitated by the ability to reach all components with both hands.
The color is:
White RAL7035.
Blue RAL 5002.
COOLING CIRCUIT
The refrigerant circuit is simply manufactured to avoid every kind of vibrations on the welding. In fact, all the copper pipes have a small amount of welding spots to eliminate refrigerant gas leaks. The copper thickness is consistent to realize the best smelting and the perfect welding.
The cooling circuit consists of SCROLL compressor with carter resistance. According to the power, every unit is composed of two or four cooling circuits with two or four compressors each.
ELECTRICAL BOARD
The electrical board has quite large sizes and it’s located in a specific area surrounded by its frame. All the cables of the electrical panel are numbered and connected to the terminal box, also there always is the wiring diagram to show the connections.
Completed with circuit breaker to protect the main parts of the chiller, the control section consists of a microprocessor card with external interface. Every board is equipped with a lock door device.
The standard power supply is 400 ±10%/3/50Hz. Optional: power supply 460 ±10%/3/60Hz
HYDRAULIC MODEL
Our range can include the hydraulic model or not, therefore it’s an option that can be required according to the type of system.
It can be shaped in different ways:
1. no water tank and no pump
- just tank
3. just pump or double pump
4. water tank and pump or double pump
5. water tank, primary and secondary pump
The water tank is standardly equipped with water filter to protect the evaporator.
TEST
Each chiller is tested in the testing room.
During this step, modes are checked the following operation:
-correct assembly of the components
-components fastening
-operation in accordance with safety standards
-electrical test in accordance with Standard EN60204
-operation of the electrical board
-chiller performance under standard conditions
