ZME
The ZME series is a range of ultra-compact air-cooled chillers. The ZME range has particularities by its ultra-compact dimensions and flexibility of use. Each unit has been designed with passion, entwining the experience of our company in all the industrial process. For this purpose, each standard unit comes complete with different "options" to work better and adapt to the water cooling in the industrial process, as well as to make the installation of the unit and its maintenance very easy. Our passion and experience in the industrial sector, has allowed us to design the entire range, choosing reliable and proven components, by considering compact overall dimensions of each individual component, by analysing condensing, evaporation, freezing and equalization of gas temperature during the various stages of work. CF can then provide an efficient, silent, versatile and reliable range. But most of all, it is COMPACT and competitive in the market. The unit also comes with a power supply connection cable as standard.

ZCM
ZCM range consists in our compact units line. All these contained sizes machines successfully satisfy the need of refrigeration capacity in small places. Indeed, these models are air cooled chillerscreated in just cooling version, suitable for indoor installation that can eventually be placed outside as well (protection level IP44). The machines are designed and created to guarantee our standard high quality using top quality components, carefully tested, and our acknowledged easy intallation and maintenance. Notwithstanding the compact size, Cf Chiller Frigoriferi can thus offer an efficient range, quiet, reliable and adaptable. The standard colour is RAL9018.
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
- 25 lt stainless steel tank completely insulated. Standard version:
atmospheric pressure tank. On request it’s possible to adapt it and
offer a close hydraulic circuit.
- Tank: easy maintenance and cleaning
- Automatic water filling kit completed with water level display
- Hydraulic circuit completed with calibrated by-pass
- Peripheral pump with brass impeller
- Water manometers to easily check the water pressure
- Antifreeze probe
COOLING CIRCUIT
- Coaxial heat exchanger (made out of copper) located inside the tank
- Rotary compressors
- Microcontroller for a complete overview of the components and
functions
- R410a refrigerant gas (except for model ZCM 102 which uses R134a)
- Refrigerant gas manometer
ELECTRICAL BOARD
- Microcontroller
- Electrical board with main switch and lock door device(except for ZCM 102)
TEST
Every chiller is tested in the testing room. During this phase, the following operation modes are checked:
- Correct assembly of the components
- Components fastening
- Operation in accordance with safety standards
- Electrical test in accordance with Standard EN60204
- Chiller performance under standard conditions

- ZCM_O = direct oil cooling

- Harting plug: specific electrical connection, which permits the easiest plug-in
